Terms & Conditions

The governing legal terms, ethical cybersecurity covenant, IP protections, and fee transparency for CeTF engagements.

1. Acceptance & Contractual Capacity

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing this website (cetf.in), or enrolling in any training cohort, technical advisory, or technology procurement facilitated by Cyberelite Task Force (CeTF), you signify your unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

This website and associated programs are operated by Cyberelite Task Force (CeTF), an operational division of Elitecyber Global Technologies LLP, having its registered office at Upper Ground Floor, 25/28, Near Central Hospital, Ganesh Nagar, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi – 110018, India.

If you represent a corporate entity, institutional body, or law enforcement detachment, you warrant that you possess the requisite legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Ethical Cybersecurity Covenant & Lawful Use

CeTF delivers rigorous education in digital forensics, ethical hacking, cyber defense, OSINT, and incident response strictly for defensive, educational, vulnerability mitigation, and legitimate investigative objectives.

By participating in any CeTF training, workshop, or simulation lab, all trainees, researchers, and clients formally enter into a binding ethical covenant:

• You shall strictly restrict all penetration testing, vulnerability discovery, scanning, and exploit methodologies to isolated virtual lab environments explicitly provisioned by CeTF, or to production systems where you possess documented, unambiguous, written authorization from the system owner.

• You covenant NEVER to deploy knowledge, scripts, toolsets, or proof-of-concept exploits acquired from CeTF for unlawful interception, unauthorized computer system access, data exfiltration, ransomware distribution, cyber espionage, or any offense punishable under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (including Sections 43, 66, 66B, 66C, 66D, 66E, 66F) or applicable international cybercrime penal laws.

• Any violation of this ethical covenant will result in immediate expulsion from the program without refund, revocation of credentials, and reporting to relevant statutory authorities.

3. Pricing Transparency & No Hidden Fees

CeTF operates on the principle of absolute commercial transparency. All tuition fees for professional courses, academic cohorts, and consulting service retainers are communicated upfront in official brochures, quotations, or formal Statements of Work (SOW).

There are NO hidden administrative fees, surprise lab-access surcharges, or undisclosed examination costs. Any applicable statutory levies, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) under Indian tax laws, are transparently itemized prior to enrollment or billing confirmation.

4. Scope of Technology Offerings & Hardware Warranties

CeTF provides, integrates, deploys, or facilitates authorized access to specialized forensic hardware, mobile extraction solutions, forensic write-blockers, and analytical software suites (including Tableau, Falcon-Neo, and PangoLink).

CeTF acts as a deployment and solutions partner and does not claim to hold original manufacturing rights for third-party proprietary systems. Manufacturer warranties apply to all physical forensic units delivered.

5. Intellectual Property & Courseware Protections

All original curriculum syllabi, investigative playbooks, forensic challenge topologies, training modules, code samples, design assets, and logos displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Elitecyber Global Technologies LLP.

Enrolled candidates are granted a revocable, non-transferable, personal license to review study materials for individual educational enrichment. Unauthorized reproduction, public distribution, commercial resale, screen-recording, or mirrored re-hosting of CeTF courseware is strictly prohibited under Indian Copyright laws.
