Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, batch rescheduling, and refunds for programs, consultancy services, and specialized technology provided by Cyberelite Task Force (CeTF), a division of Elitecyber Global Technologies LLP.

We are committed to fair, transparent academic and commercial engagements. Because our training cohorts feature limited seats, dedicated mentor time, and provisioned lab infrastructure, this policy balances flexibility for participants with operational sustainability.

1. Prior to Batch Commencement: If a candidate requests cancellation at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the announced batch start date, a full refund (100% of the tuition fee paid) will be issued, excluding nominal payment gateway transaction processing charges.

2. Batch Transfer & Rescheduling: Candidates unable to attend their scheduled cohort due to academic examinations, medical exigencies, or professional duties may request a one-time transfer to a future cohort without penalty, provided written notice is submitted at least three (3) days prior to the batch start.

3. After Batch Commencement: Once a cohort has begun, or after personal lab credentials and proprietary curriculum modules have been provisioned, fees become non-refundable due to reserved infrastructure and instructor allocation.

For specialized cybersecurity assessments, VAPT audits, digital forensic support, and advisory retainers, engagements are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW) or Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Milestone-based service payments are tied to deliverable completion. Advance deposits covering scoping, forensic imaging, and preliminary investigation are non-refundable once investigative or technical fieldwork has commenced.

Orders for specialized forensic hardware, investigation workstations, write-blockers, and Faraday isolation solutions are covered under manufacturer warranty and CeTF deployment guarantees.

Hardware items found defective upon delivery will be inspected and replaced in accordance with the applicable hardware warranty. Customized or specially imported investigative equipment orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing or import clearance has been initiated.

Approved refunds are processed within five to seven (5–7) business days from the date of formal approval.

Refunds are credited strictly through the original payment method (Bank Transfer, UPI, or Credit/Debit Card) used during the transaction, in accordance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) payment gateway directives.
